Magis TV is searched for more than almost any other name in this space, and nearly all of that demand is for one thing: an APK file. Understanding why it is distributed that way explains most of the problems people run into with it.
Apps that are not on an official store have no update channel. You install a file, and when that file stops working there is no notification, no rollback and no changelog – you go looking for another file, from another site, and hope it is the one everybody else is using.
