IPTV Smarters Pro is a player, not a service – it ships empty and does nothing until you give it a line. Almost every problem people hit with it is one of two things: the wrong login type, or a URL entered with a piece missing. Here is what each field wants.
The app offers Login with Xtream Codes API and Load Your Playlist or File/URL. Use the first if your provider gave you a username and password; use the second if they gave you a single long link. Xtream Codes is the better option where you have the choice – it is what brings in the EPG, the categories, catch-up and the VOD sections. An M3U link often loads channels only.
For the Xtream Codes login, the server address is only the base – http://host:port. Do not paste the full playlist link into it. If your provider sent you a link containing get.php, the part before the first slash after the port is the server address, and the username and password are inside that same link as parameters.
A blank list after a successful login usually means the line is expired or already in use on another device. An “invalid credentials” message with correct details is often a typo in the port, or a trailing space copied in from a message. If the app loads but every channel fails to play, test one channel on a phone over mobile data – if it plays there, the issue is your network rather than the line. And if the EPG is missing while channels work, you are almost certainly on an M3U login rather than Xtream Codes.
